Sunday night, and my husband is making pizza. He loves to cook! (Sigh!) He's feeling better from being sick all day yesterday, and I am not going to deprive him of a cooking extravaganza. Actually, the house smells really good, like a pizzeria. I will be having salad. (Proud of me?) I am proud of myself. I think that that should be enough for me. I have fasted since lunchtime. I usually graze all day. Today I'm trying to do a little starving and see how that works, and by now I'm pretty hungry. Going to eat now. Talk to you all later!

Thank you, Redone! But unfortunately, I ended up eating too much after all. I feel like I just ended up exploding. I seem to have a mental block against toeing the line for too long. Is it a rebellious spirit? Well, I actually feel much better now. I guess this is the sign of a real addict. But I will overcome it!! Don't worry. I am a little unhappy with myself, but I am going to try something new tomorrow. I am going to eat much less bread. I'll see if that helps.
