Hello Journal, Well been a very busy few days. Did the majority of my Christmas shopping already (yea!) and just have online stuff to buy now. Took a week off and was now starting to get back into business but alas, may be getting a cold..or it could be allergies. All I know is I am stuffy and have postnasal drip that is causing a sore throat. That means, slow down again and lots of green tea and soup. It is getting cold outside! Temperatures in the morning are around 30-40 F and I am going out bundled. (So is my dog!) Signed up for the Philadephia Ugly Sweater Run and both Hiro and I will be walking the 5K with my sister and mother. Very excited! I got Hiro a santa jacket to wear. I still need to get a Christmas sweater :)
Big new thing: I cut my hair! I always donate my hair, the last 4 times, 10 inches per donation. This time, I am donating about 15 inches of hair..Whew! And my new haircut is still a couple of inches past my shoulder. (My hair was past my hips). I immediately felt the weight removed from my neck :)
Another awesome thing, I am down another pound! Yea! I am at the weight I was for my wedding!
Well that is it for today. I did my walk, going to study, take it easy on exercise until feel better. Foot pain is gone (it only comes back when I sit on my foot at the computer) and life is good.
