So I am working on taking a couple of things out of my diet that before I was not going to take out. But with the rising cost of milk I decided that was the first thing to go. I have been about 2/3rds successful with that this week. Once I get the chocolate milk monster tamed down I will re-tackle the soda thing. But I am taking it one at a time because I know that trying to do both I may not be able to do either.

Good plan on taking one step at a time. We switched from dairy milk (although we still eat some dairy, like yogurt and cheese). Cow milk is for baby cows (lol). We do almond milk now, and if you have chocolate cravings the Silk Dark Chocolate is AMAZING (100 cal for 8 oz). A little expensive, like $3.59 a half gallon.
