DAY #6 Hi, all! Sunday here. And I am happy to say that my new technique is working. This is the first time in my life that I can remember losing weight when I didn't have a special occasion motivating me. I think I found the way. I am sticking to points and not getting hungry. And even though I have had much less time to come on here, the fact that I know you guys are here to motivate me really helps. Hope all you guys are having a great weekend!




We went to Joel's birthday party, and we saw baby David for the first time. He's one week old. I exercised very well in the morning with no problem, but then when we were leaving to go to the party, I started feeling sick again, like I did two nights ago. I started having a stomach ache. And I was very allergic. I took medicine for it, but I didn't feel very much better until later in the evening. I also had that itchy feeling of being hungry, itchy on the inside. I don't know if it's allergy, real hunger because I've eaten little in the last couple of days, or my body playing tricks on me because it doesn't want to give up the fat. Anyway, I overate a little bit, at least in comparison to how much I've eaten in the past few days. I'm just going to think that I need to overeat every once in a while. And that's okay. Today is not so unreasonable. I took the cheese completely off the pizza; so that was really just bread.

DAY 6, SUNDAY, UPDATE FROM MORNING: 37 pts. total today. 21 daily plus 4 exercise plus 12 from 35 a week. Okay day. Not the best, but I did great yesterday. And I wasn't feeling well.
