THIS IS A SUCCESSFUL DAY!!! 21 POINTS, TOTAL. I am going to sleep now, and I feel very pleased with myself. I have to remember why I'm doing this. I want to feel better about myself. I want to feel better in clothes. I want to be able to go to a store and buy whatever I want to wear. I want to be able to wear all the clothes in my closet. I want to live a long life, feeling well. I don't want to get any of the diseases related to being overweight. I want my family to be happy and not worried about me. I want to be able to concentrate on something other than myself.

I have to remember that when I overeat, I get depressed. I feel dejected. I feel out of control, bloated. My stomach hurts. The food lasts one second in my mouth, and then all I have is the after effects. I need to stick to this journey until I get down. I will be happy, feel free. Remember the dream I had!! Good night!!
