It's midnight, the 26th of December. I decided to eat some more, but I'm going to add it to tomorrow's food journal. I am just too hungry. I can't sleep. But I think I'm making wise choices for the food I'm picking. So I will not consider this overeating. I just didn't eat enough. It really was affecting my sleep. I wanted to record this journal so I could keep an accurate record of my thought process. And so the story continues....
