Not doing very well on the sleep chalenge. 6-7 hrs per night at best. Do wake up at 2 or 3 AM and have trouble going back to sleep. Had really bad night tonight and finally fell asleep at 6 AM. Fortunately I have a relatively flexible schedule so I just slept till 8:30. Had a bad headache though.

My body is playing some tricks with me. I am not hungry. To the point that I have to remind myself to eat. Even my hypo is not bothering me at all. And I am not even eating low carbs. Is it my new happy reality, or what? And I am also losing weight without much struggle. I am tempted to log my mid week weight, as I am afraid it will be higher again after Thanksgiving. Too good to be true.

I also received a compliment today. A female colleague of mine told me that I am slim and have a great body. Keep in mind - she did not tell me that I look better because I lost weight. She just complimented me on being slim. Ha, she obviously does not know how I looked when I really was slim, but I was still happy to hear it. I do look more like my old self now.
