Tuesday morning and the new year's approaching. My resolution will continue with the help of all my FS friends, whom I couldn't do this without! I'm a FS addict and a happy one!

Hurumf! My weight loss is slow. I'm not going to let it get me down, though. Down is better than up, even slowly. And I am not eating as much as I was in the beginning. But maybe I need to tweak things even more and lower my calorie intake closer to the 1,200 calorie mark. I don't know. I want something that will be sustainable, but I also want to lose this weight! I keep thinking I should cut out the bread. Anyone else try this? I love bread, though! It's a tough one!

Bread is one of my weaknesses!!! I eat very little now days.

Cutting out bread sucks. Just think about how many things come with bread. If i cut out bread i wouldnt be able to have my sandwiches, which i will tell you have been my staple lately. (and im still losing weight!) Maybe just pay attention to how much bread you are eating. For example, only eat white bread, and if you have a bagel, only have half perhaps. JUst remember the tortoise won the race, why? Because SLOW AND STEADY wins the race. We all WANT to get to our goals like, yesterday, but we need to put in the work and be patient. I have faith youll get there. Look at your weight history, it just keeps going down and down and down.

Blech! I feel sick to my stomach all of a sudden. I just feel like venting. Sorry, all. But it makes me feel better to write on here. So you're all gonna hear me complain. Or just stop reading this now, if you want. Anyhoo, I was all ready to go out with my kids to do some pre-party errands for New Year's. And I just got tired. And now I'm getting that weird achy, irritable feeling. I'm hoping I don't have to cancel my party for tomorrow. It's not a big party. Just family and a few friends. But I was excited about it. I was going to get decorations. And I was gonna make margaritas. I have been researching different recipes online because I wanted them to be really good. Now I'm losing my energy for the whole thing. I sure hope I get my energy back and that this doesn't turn into a full-blown sickness. My lower back is hurting me and everything. I don't feel like treadmilling, and I even lost my appetite. (I guess there is a silver lining there! LOL)

Ho hum! Feelin' a little better. Maybe just allergies. I drank two cups water and I feel better. Still don't wanna exercise, though! Boy, I can't help complaining when I don't feel well! Sorry!
