For a few weeks I had absolutely no weight loss. I was staying under my calorie goal and working out 3 times a week. I honestly think I didnt lose anything because I wasnt eating enough and my body was storing the calories. Is this possible? Now that I am eating more it seems like I am losing quicker I bumped up my calories from around 1400 to about 1800.

Totally think that's what it is. Glad you're seeing some results. :) ~~ I've been trying to tell a friend of mine that you have to eat to lose, but she's being very stubborn!
