Happy with weight-loss, I had hit a bit of a plateau. I attribute that to my legs workout with PT yesterday. I tend to get the greatest movement in weight when I work my legs so will see. Not bothering with measuring Ketones, just focusing on getting the basics correct, Sleep, food, exercise. Feeling great but I still have a long journey.
