Walked 5.2 miles yesterday. Today I start my new job and then after work I have 2 doctor appointments. I don't think I will have time to workout today, but I am hoping that I can get back on track tomorrow.

That's a great walk! You did so much yesterday, you can probably afford to take time off today from exercise! Sometimes having a lot to do is exercise in itself!
