I'm struggling with my eating this week. I did okay, yesterday, but it was really hard!
It's so cold out! I didn't get to the hospital to see my stepDad yesterday, because the roads were extremely bad, but when I called, he was flirting with the nurses, so he must be feeling better. :)

Glad your step dad is doing better. Eating is a funny thing isne't it?? Some days it seems so simple to stay on track and others it is extremely difficult. I suppose life is that way too. We have our ups and downs. The important thing is to keep pushing forward especially after the difficult days. :) hugs!

Thanks for the encouragement on my blog! I think the cold weather makes it harder to eat healthy...But I suppose that's no excuse. I hope your stepdad gets out of the hospital soon. :)

hope your keepin warm!!...glad to hear your dads feelin better...i agree with dawn0001.. take it one meal at a time...and do the best you can..especially after a mess up...its a learning process that takes time to change old habits...
