Well I have to say that today sucks!! I am so hungry and I shouldn't be! All I want is food!!! I am just a few days before my period and I am sure that has alot to do with it but it just sucks!! I haven't lost much weight this week, I am hungry, and its making me crabby!!
I will be better.....just venting.

I hear ya! I don't have an actual period anymore do to a hysterectomy but I still have ovaries and I still get cravings around the time I used to have it and even get a pimple the whole PMS thing is awlful! If you find a cure for this problem let me know.

Keep it strong girl. We all go thru that crap. It sucks aye....Ya u just reminded me of why I prob can't stop eating myself...I guess I should start fresh AFTER that time...lol. Keep up ur good work.*
