Did pretty good eating yesterday and Volleyball was great last night! It was actually a great work out! I am really determined to reach my goal and can't wait to succeed! I am going to start recording my meals again so that I can definitely keep myself accountable!
Breakfast~Light & Fit Strawberry Yogurt Snack~6oz fruit smoothie Lunch~1 cup brown rice and sauteed veggies Snack~Carrots and Celery Dinner~That is going to be tricky, we are going out to eat after volleyball with our team tonight, but I will concentrate on my portion sizes mostly!
I am pretty pleased with my eating lately and don't have issues with that, it is the lack of exercise that I am doing that I am going to push on! Best of luck everyone!
