I have the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet books and they are a great reference for anyone who is serious about eating well, getting the best nutrition while trimming down. Book 1 is basically about the food and book 2 is about activity exercise and lifestyle. Both are totally based on sound science, being products of the Australian Government’s principle Science research organisation.
Both are great motivators!
