The rain has kept me from my morning walk...feeling a little sad about that. I won’t let it ruin this little win though. I’m super excited to be seeing a loss. What’s amazing I think is that I’m eating...I’m eating more nutritious and healthy food and it’s working in my favour. Keeping a food journal has shown me that my major issue was takeaways and sugar...cutting down on these is showing such awesome results. Wishing the entire community an awesome week.
