Like many people, I went a bit overboard during the holidays. I gained back 5 pounds between 12/22 and 1/10. Time to start getting serious again about losing it.

Back to the gym tomorrow after work...I've been paying for it but not using it for months. Now that I've been sleeping better, I have more energy during the day, so there's no reason to sit around the apartment for hours before work.
