okay so yesterday was my cheat day. Obviously I expected a gain. But not this much! I expected .8lbs max. But I think I am retaining a lot of water. I had a deep tissue massage yesterday and I wonder if that's what's doing it. hopefully it comes off real fast. My goal is to be in the 180s by Monday!
