✯Friday night here. Well, my scale shocked me out of my slump this morning. And I am feeling so much better, having climbed out of that deep, deep hole. It's amazing how much better I feel when I do the right thing for my body. I'm still allergic, but not nearly as bad as I've been all week. I might still eat something else tonight, but just some nf milk. But as of now, 8:00 p.m. I have had 1263 cals, 21 points, and a deficit of 872 points. I did my full 90 min treadmill, at level 6 incline, 3.6 mph. It turned from an awful day to a great day! And I'm really pleased with myself. It takes work, determination, and sticking to it! And thanks to my FS family!
Update: At 10:15 p.m. I am going to go to sleep now. But I'm pleased to say that I ate just a little more, ending with 24 points total for the day, 1445 calories, and a deficit of 690. Overall, with the treadmill, and with the TREMENDOUS effort I put in, not a bad day! I'm patting my own back!
