I ordered a stability ball to sit on at work. I work 40 hrs a week at a desk, I'm hoping this will help me a little. HAs anyone tried using one at work?

We have the same type of job, behind a desk though I run my own business and probably do more than 40 hours. You may try this: get some resistance bands and keep them in a drawer. Every hour or so, take a few minutes to do arm curls, flys for your chest, and sit in your chair and do leg presses. You can stand up and shorten the band and do stand up crunches too. When I was fit before my accident, I would do this and now that I'm getting back to working out, I keep them next to me. Stability ball can definitely help your core.
