it's good to see that i am finally going down on the scale! i have about 3 lbs so far.. but lately i have been so tired..i think it is because it's that time of the month as well..i wonder how this diet would affect that. yesterday with president's day i cheated a bit..i went skiing for the day so i ate some chili and a small turkey sandwich..(and a little juice) but i was active skiing so i gave myself that..
but with all the tempation around me..overall, i am keeping this up and not eating too much out of phase I!

Good for you ..We are loosing about the same ..I havent cheated yet but it is nearly the week end..At least I know I can have a cup of coffee on Sunday..Keep smashing!

Going a little bit outside the diet is ok, it's even more ok when you find yourself burning it up through a great deal of exertion. Nicely done!
