On the 9th I realized I was headed to a 4,200+ calorie surplus for the month if I kept eating the way I had been. I’ve been gaining weight on a 2,000 surplus. I normally have that or more but I normally lift 2-3x a week too. I think lifting burns more than my watch says. Now it’s the 16th and I only have a 449 surplus! The days not over and I plan on having a snack but it’ll still be less than a 1000 cal surplus. Probably more like 700-800.

I’ve also been eating valentines candy, having lots of midnight snacks of chicken noodle soup etc. Even had ramen one night. Haven’t stepped on the scar the last few days so need to do that soon. Since I had a massage today and my pain levels are back to a 6-7 most of the day I’m betting I have inflammation so it wouldn’t be accurate.
