so today i had yogurt for breakfast, a Pb and banana wrap for lunch and cheese burgers for dinner tonight. snack i have had are 1 pop tart pastry and 1 granola bar totaling 1,221 calories and yesterday i only ate 1,029 calories which i know is not good but i did not want to anything else also i have been up and down in my weight which is fine but i want to see more results comment if you want me to post pics of my meals and snack for the day.
