Another great day! Spent an hour at the gym with a friend. Tried out some of the equipment I hadn't tried, logged some time on the treadmill and did my time in the squat rack. Did 30, 40, and 50 pounds. Got my hair trimmed and colored, even got to see my best friend's dogs, haven't seem them for awhile! Hope my buddies had a great day as well!
