☆CORE PLAN, DAY 5: Well, I feel pretty solid. This is working for me very well. In fact, I recommend it. It's Weight Watchers with a heavy emphasis on healthy food. I've tried it before. But this time it's actually working because I am ALLOWING myself carbs. I've tried it as a modified Atkins, and I was just too hungry. So I'm very pleased. Didn't get to exercise yesterday. No time. But it didn't matter because I ate well. I'm feelin' good!
Update: treadmill for 90 minutes, the whole time 3.6 mph, at level 6 incline. Ended close to 6:00 p.m. Had not chance to clean house yet. Oy, what a day! But a good diet day.
Food: one alt. bagel 4 strawbs one turkey hot dog one alt. bagel three teaspoons olive oil three gefilte one Zone Spinach Omelette
I'm not counting my carbs today because I'm well below my total WW points. The Omelette is going to put my non WW points too high, and I don't know how to count it.
