Ah weekend passed but it was challenging. I kept myself busy though but there was not much food options that goes well with my meal plan but I tried to limit the portions what a struggle how much you can cut down with white rice and feel satisfied 🤨and top of that there were different sweet finally had donut KRISPY CREAM 😂 yup . So didn’t lose any weight I am feeling accomplished when I saw I didn’t gain. 🤞 for this week good weight loss and stay on plan.
