Thirty-three days until my birthday. Can I lose ten pounds in that time? I know I can, and I plan to. But I have to concentrate. I'm attaching a close-up of a painting I made of a girl. Her eyes have the expression of determination I intend to apply to this month's efforts.

I admire your determination. It has been my experience that 10 pounds takes about 10 weeks to accomplish. No matter how much you lose between now and then it will be less than you are now and that is a good thing!

I Kickstarted my most recent weight loss journey in July 2019 with a goal to lose 10 lbs. before a beach trip, a month out. I lost 8 lbs. (and was happy with that) so if you focus you can get close to your desire...maybe even achieve it 😊 I went on to lose more & now I'm trying to maintain.
