Today I haven't cheated once and it feels good. Every day it seems the harder I try to eat right the more I want to just eat a huge double cheeseburger!! But I think I am done with excuses. I want to be in shape and healthy and if I keep doing what I am, it will never change. I am on 1400 calories a day and I am exercising 3-4 times a week. I am trying to incorporate strength training (squats) to get stronger too but everything is just so confusing to me. I hope joining this page will help me understand better what I am doing right and wrong!
