Looking at the next few weeks, I had a goal to reach 65 kg by the 20th April but given I’m going out to dinner on Monday and next Saturday/Sunday, I don’t think I’ll hit my target by then. This balancing normal life now is making me anxious. My boyfriends keeps telling me to remind myself of the 13kg I have lost along the way and not focus too much on the 2kg /5(ideally) left. But I can help but beat myself up.
