Yesterday was GREAT!!!!! I decided to make evening exercise a priority. Whether or not I do my morning exercise, I'm going to do daily evening exercise. I'm going to make sure to put on my workout clothes so that I can't brush it off. And I can tell that even a little bit, even 10 or 15 minutes in the evening will help me curb that feeling of wanting to eat. It just makes me feel better. And I am drinking water, a lot of it. So yesterday I exercised twice, in the morning for 90 minutes, and in the evening for another 35. I hope this new change does the trick. Yesterday was stellar.
