Good morning, FS! Well, I have a very interesting discovery with this evening exercise. I think the best thing for me is to concentrate on my usual morning treadmill as my "actual" exercise for the day. But getting on in the evening, even for just 20 minutes, really takes me away from the food. The time it takes to do, plus the way it makes me feel, pulls me away from binge eating. I'm really pleased because I'm definitely a night eater. Yesterday I did my usual 90 minutes in the morning. And then in the evening I went for another 20 minutes. I would have gone longer, but my kids needed me for this and that. Tonight I'll try to go for a full half hour.
