I have set up a mini 2 week challenge for myself.
Starting yesterday, I have stopped drinking soft drink. And today, I have cut back on a teaspoon of sugar in my coffee ( I usually have 3) and my coffee is cut back from 1 teaspoon to half a teaspoon. My water intake is at 3x 750ml bottles, which is roughly 9 glasses of water. and I have 1 glass of Orange juice (no pulp) with my dinner. If I want something other than water, coffee, or juice I would have a glass of Lipton Raspberry Iced Tea.
Mmm I wonder what the calories are in just what I drink?
