Sometimes I will have lemon, cayenne and water in the morning. But I guess I need to do it daily for a period to test if it really works. Good luck!

yeah I try to do it every day (cayenne pepper) but the lemon water is extremely easy to do as I love it. I also do 6 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar daily. 2 tsp 3 times a day. Good luck to u as well

Hey I do the braggs vinegar. My only thing is that I am not consistent. Have you been doing any of them for an extended period to notice any results?

The cayenne pepper for about a week so not long enuff to judge yet but it most def curbs the apetite! I put 1 tsp in 4 ounce of water 3 times a day and drink it down then follow it with a lot of lemon water as a chaser....it is very hot.
The apple cider vinegar (braggs) for about a month and yes def curbs apetite. Weight loss accelerated and my skin has cleared up tremendously....almost gives me a glow. Also my hair and nails look so much better.
The lemon juice is phenomenal. Curbs apetite and has lots of fiber/ I make 2 gallon jugs a day and drink about 1 1/2 gallons a day. I just take 1 lemon for each jug. Slice each lemon in 5 parts, squeeze out the juice of all lemon parts in a glass. Then I take a cheese grater and grate the rind because there is a lot of pectin (fiber) in the rind. I then take 5 parts of one lemon and put it in the gallon jug and the other 5 parts in the other jug. I divide the juice I squeezed into the glass between the jugs and also the rind shavings. I fill up each jug with hot water (it loosens the pulp so that it be distributed into the water) and I let it sit until room temp then I put it into the fridge. I have to say that the lemon water has been a god send for appetite suppressant and is loaded with viamin c. With everyone in my family getting sick around me (colds, flu etc) I have stayed very healthy. Wish I would have known about this 20 years ago lol.

I will have some of all of those things this morning. And good for you on the water intake. I used to drink a gallon but 1 1/2 gallons is pretty impressive. Thanks for the info.

Dylansmom, it is easier if you go to the savory spice shop downtown and get some Ghost Pepper sauce and just put a couple of sprinkles on your food it will warm you up quick.

Ghost Pepper?....Hmmmmm what's it composed of? May have to try it because this cayenne leaves much to be desired.
Why thank you sir for the compliment.

Totally no. I prefer trying cinnamon versus cayenne pepper.

Cinnamon? Does it help as cayenne does (supposed appetite suppressant and metabolism booster)? Are there many carbs included in it rawer form? Any alternative to cayenne would be a blessing.

I read somewhere that Cinnamon would curb sugar cravings and also improve metabolism. I usually just sprinkle the cinnamon - per TBSP, 19 calories. For me, it certainly does taste better than cayenne pepper!

I put Cayenne pepper on every piece of meat that I eat. When I am eating some carbs I'll put a teaspoon of cinnamon in my oatmeal at breakfast. If I have eggs, on goes the tabasco. All of them work as metabolic boosters, and have worked very well for me. I also drink 2 mugs of plain organic green tea every day.

do u use the green or red tabasco?
15 Apr 14 vom Mitglied: dylansmom0110

I eaither use red tobasco or the smoked chipolte tobasco. The smoked chipolte tobasco is much much more mild, so if you dont like the spiciness it may be a good choice for you. Just remember, hot sauce has a bit of sodium in it and it may cause some water retention.

If you are sold on using that for a metabolic lift then I suggest using cayenne pepper supplements and skipping trying to ingest it in 1,000 different ways. You need to find something you like doing or in the end you will quit whatever it is. It's true in anything. Exercise is the best way to increase metabolism. Try 12 minute athlete (google) It's free HIIT and literally take 12 minutes. I eat cayenne, maple syrup, lemon, and water for fun just because I like the taste. Again, you have to find something you like. Eating hot sauce will not make you lose fat. If it did I wouldn't be on here. I eat hot sauce nearly every day. The metabolic boost is a fraction of a percent.
