It is hard when you are around people who eat things that tempt you or encourage you to take a day off. Just hand in there. No weight loss isn't bad and you didn't gain so smile and enjoy the day!

You did good. I only lost .8 lbs. this week. I will try a little harder this week. Happy Easter to you too.

The wonderful thing is that you still lost a lb. My weight loss is not moving fast at all but I have to remind myself that there was a time when all I did was gain. So be proud and know that you are ready to get back on track.

Thanks. But, actually I made an error...I only lost 0.2 lbs. this week. I have had to pretty good eating days so far this week. I'm hoping to have a much bigger drop this time.

Don't get discouraged Madanjen....we're only SUPPOSED to lose 1-2 pounds a week. Some of us will lose quicker (usually those who are at the beginning of their journey) and some will lose a bit slower (usually those who are further along in the process). It's still a win when even an ounce comes off :)

I've gained weight since I was last on here. But I'm looking to seriously lose it now. I have two goals. One a big party which is next month and one my holiday in June. Don't expect anything spectacular but a loss us a loss and a goal is certainly worth having.
Less of the wine for me
