Thanks 🤗 I’ve been reading more on ONe meal a day ( OMAD diet. I think this works better for me than KETO . But I shall see come weighing day on Monday 🤞🏻

For me, OMAD is easier whilst on Keto. If I have a carb blowout, it just makes me hungry earlier (same day or next day even). I am however insulin resistant though, so no real surprise there.

@Thurid123 They are Panama berries. They taste like cotton candy. I grew them in the garden 🤗

@huge one kenobi. I agree👍🏻 But I can’t do 100% keto everyday 😔 I was craving for a banana and chocolate. I did pick the 70% cocoa ones this time instead of the old Mars bars 😬
