I have been trying to stick to 2000 calories a day. So far, I do not feel deprived, and have been losing weight steadily. I am okay with this plan, and plan on keeping on track. Sometimes, I may go over my calorie plan, but that is okay, because I am figuring that in my 2000 calorie plan. I also am currently exercising every week day morning. MWF I am trying to walk about 20-40 mins, then do my "health rider", for exactly 20 mins. On T-Th, I try to walk 10,000 steps. On the weekends, I try to do something athletic. Lately, that has been shoveling snow.
Oh, and I also lost 1/2 an inch on my stomach. That number has not moved in a while so that is nice!
