Haven't been in a whole lot lately! Hoping the scale drops at least another pound this week, but not weighing until Sunday morning. Tried a new class at the gym this week. Was a little intimidated, but did it twice now and will continue. Body Combat, loving it! Non stop hour of boxing, and martial art moves! A heart pounding, sweaty good time!
