☆6th day of fasting diet -- Wednesday. Tomorrow I'll weigh in. Another successful day. This is my new lifestyle. I'm very impressed with it. I have more energy, feel better, do more. It's great! I even went for nearly two hours on my treadmill at 3.5, 3.6 mph, level 5 and 6 incline. I'm a little afraid that my hip will hurt in the morning. But I was enjoying the show I was watching; so I just kept going. Biggest Loser. What an episode, huh? Anyhoo, hope everyone else had a great day!
