☹Day 9 of my new "system." Working well. Today and yesterday I had a little to eat in the morning to take the edge off. But otherwise, I'm pretty much fasting until the late afternoon and then starting my eating. For me it seems to be working really well. Again, I don't recommend it. But I like it. I'm gonna probably skip exercise today because I actually think I have a bit of a fever. Very achy. Maybe a light walk. Hope all's well!!
Achy feeling this morning led to feeling icky all day. Which led to overeating this eve. I dove in. I don't want to repeat that; so I looked at day 2 of this experiment. I forgot my veggies! I'm not getting enough nutrition. So tomorrow morning, I'm heading to the market to get all the necessities. I think that will do the trick!
