Lost another pounds yesterday and 4 pounds since Monday! That calls for a big Woo Hooo!!! I should hit the 220's by late next week. I guess riding 11 or 12 miles on my bike with half of them directly into 20-30 mile an hour winds helped my cause. Usually when I get back, I think, "Maybe another mile?". This time I was, "Can I make it back?". It took me forever to get back riding into this crazy wind, which is not normal for Huntington Beach. I had to switch my lunch date into a dinner date which I try to avoid at all costs. Don't you find it easier to have a lighter lunch than a dinner meal?
So tomorrow I re-start my weight training after straining a chest muscle about a month ago. This and the bike riding every morning will allow me to replace fat weight with muscle weight and rev up my metabolism.
If anyone reads this, I appreciate and anecdote or tips you may have that may help my endeavors.
