grr!!! I am running and excercising. not everyday but I need to. I also have nto been countign calories and that is my problem because I know I am eatign way more than I realize, even when I think it is not over my calorie intake of 1500 (because I am breast feeding) so needless to sayI am back to diligence, counting eveyr calorie that enters my mouth, excercising everyday, and I know that scale will start going in the right direction.
