Even blowing out with fish and chips yesterday, I have lost 900g (1.98 lb) in a week so I am quite happy.

Yum I love red rooster! I have to walk past in nearly every day and when I'm at goal weight I will walk right in!;-) for now I can't justify it because my downfall lately has been CHOCOLATE! Once I start I just can't stop! Great loss and great job on not going over your calories on something so yummy!

G'day Ockyy, Being a lover of dead animal, vegetarian is not my style. I am trying to watch my calories but, more importantly for me, to cut out ( or at least down) processed foods which are basically starch. With a particular goal, I have until mid-September to drop to 75kg. I haven't seen that weight for 12 years so it is very difficult but I am resolved. Wish me luck!
