It is possible to watch what you eat while traveling on vacation. Those 100 calorie snacks (not sweet), graham crackers, and fresh fruit helped during a twelve hour drive to and from Florida. Also, choosing chicken and fish over beef helped as well. I know that it takes planning ahead, I just have to do this on a more consistent basis.
