Monday night. I'm feeling icky and gassy and not happy with my body. It's late, 11:30 p.m., and I feel like kvetching! I ate too much again! Bread -- bagels, a little pizza. I have just TOTALLY lost control! I feel like I'm non stop hungry! There's no excuse! I'm going to put on ten pounds quickly if I continue like this. I need to reign myself in.
