It's 3 a.m now and i've been up for 23 hours! No wonder why i'm so hungry!
well, i guess am in one of those "f*ck it" moods, i'm gonna indulge in some pancakes with nutella and a big glass milk
huh what the heck, i'm off hiking in 4 hours anyway!

Uh'Oh ! :/ That wasnt a very good idea!
I've been on a low sugar intake for 4 days and now i shock my body with such high level of sugar, 993 kcal!! Not so bright Ran!
I feel nauseous and i regret it (i blame my ex for this)
Guys please dnt let me do this again, im counting you ...

How was the hike? I just did a 2 hour one climbing over and under deadfall. I may go back later this week and take the chain saw. Someone needs to clear that trail.
