😩 I know Angie! I got to my current weight of 85.5 on 21st of May and have been hovering in the 85’s ever since, but I’m going to crack the 84 point something by Monday!
You can do it too! Just knuckle down and do ALL the things that you know work for you!
Let’s get this done! ✊🏼

Same here but I am to blame. Maybe it’s ok to have some time to maintain instead of focusing on constant weight loss. I also have been on a plateau for six week and decided this Monday to give it another push for six weeks. Last four days were good. Hopefully my weekend won’t ruin my afford 😬. Maybe a time frame and plan will help you to start again as well.

When I was loosing weight last time it took me almost three months to start loosing weight and then I got stuck in same point now and then but I ate lots of vegetables rather than meat and start loosing weight so much. I have been in current weight for almost a year and I have been eating almost everything but haven’t gain weight
