Hi. I hope all is well with you. I'm trying to get back on the program - recording what I eat seems to be key for me. It's just embarrassing to write in stuff when I'm bad, which encourages me to be better. Of course, I say that after 3 days of recording what I'm eating.

Good to read you're still here Buffy. I've been gone for a while also but am recording my food and it's nice to see the friendly name when I look through the notifications. My ebbs and flows seem to correspond with your own, so thanks for being a beacon! I'm trying not to get fixated on food issues but keeping record seems to really help. Now if I could just get a handle on the night eating, its just my willpower is low when I'm tired and I can't go to bed early in these lovely long bright evenings.
