Day 6 of the 30-day challenge : i have never felt so good in my life ! The changes i introduced to my diet and lifestyle are already paying off I wake up every around 4:30 am and now i dont even need an alarm, my system got used to it, i enjoy the fresh breeze of the morning and the beautiful sunrise I ve been working out with the help of an amazing android app : Nike Training Club , it's free and soo beneficial, it's like having a personal trainer at home, along with other apps that count your squats ans sit ups ... I am watching what i eat, basically focusing on proteins and driking water I also read about the lymphatic drainage massage and i tried it for last few days on my tummy i think it worked lime a miracle along with the other changes of course.. i proudly announce that i lost the first inch around my waist ! (Not much but it's a start, and good enough for 6 days Now i'm thinking of getting a summer job instead of sitting home bored to death, am heading out to take my cv to offices , wish me luck!
