why have you lost your Mojo,
is it work commitments or other. only asking to see if its possible to plan your weeks meals.
I find it easier if I can plan and prepare .

For me...I always need to get my mental health right first or nothing else will follow. If I'm down, depressed, stressed....I become an emotional eater&grazer and don't give a sh** which in turn makes me feel worse and it turns into the hamster wheel I can't get off of. I use Insight Timer app free from Google Play store, it has meditations, self hypnosis, relaxing music, ted talks, binaural beats, neuroscience...something for everyone, you should maybe give it a go,,,nothing to lose right!? Hopefully it will help u find the root of your "case of the f*ckits" and ul be back to feeling ur fabulous wee self in no time,,,meantime here's a big hug just for u 🤗🤗❤️

I think we can all relate to what your saying, the whole mental exhaustion that comes with discipline and self control for prolonged periods, but you know you can do this, and you know you can just reset and re-centre yourself to get back into the right headspace.
You can do this, but do be kind to yourself.

I was doing well till I saw someone who triggered me and ate a nasty doughnut that I didn't even like! Trying to be back on track now, luckily on a plateu atm. It is hard but stay with it!

Sometimes I just give into it! Get it out of the system. Then I soon feel grotty and eat properly again. I never stop the exercise part though.
