Back in August, I posted that I tried to do Tae Bo but I wasn't ready for it yet. My fat gut got in the way of some of the exercises, and I could only do it for about 10 minutes. Since then,I have been working with a kettle bell, treadmill, and nordic trac skier. So today I decided to try it again. Not only was I able to do all the exercises, I finished the entire 45 minute routine and felt freakin' awesome when I was done. Going to bed now with a smile on my face...well...because of the excercise. lol
